2011 Fender Kurt Cobain Signature Road-Worn Jaguar MIM - w

Made famous during the Nevermind era of Nirvana, Kurt's Jaguar has more that solidified itself as iconic. He purchased it at an LA Recycler in 1991 and its unique set of modifications and features has been a big question mark and a point of discussion for a number of years. The standard Jaguar single coils had been swamped with a DiMarzio PAF in the neck position and a DiMarzio Super Distortion in the bridge. A three-position toggle controls the pickups and the toggle was mounted on the switch plate on the treble horn. An extra volume pot had also been added to the control section. 

This guitar plays wonderfully and sounds spectacular. The neck is fast, the action is set up nicely at around 0.060, and the 24" scale is comfortable. There is an inscription of the name "Anya" on the back of the headstock but other than that, there doesn't seem to be any other major scratches or unintended dings to the guitar. Definitely a go to guitar to plug into here at the shop!
