In on consignment is a G6128T-89VS Vintage Select '89 Duo Jet! The Vintage Select Edition guitars pay tribute to a classic late-1980s design that was an integral part of the Pacific Northwest grunge movement that dominated the music scene in the early 1990s. Featuring period-correct chambered mahogany construction, the G6128T-89VS delivers the signature solid-body power and punch and provides a livelier and more articulate tone by allowing air to resonate between the top and body. The TV Jones TV Classic Plus and TV Jones TV Classic pickups replicate the vintage Filter'Tron sound to great effect, and they can be easily controlled using a versatile layout featuring individual pickup volume controls, master volume with treble bleed circuit, master tone, and a three-way pickup toggle switch.

Other features of this guitar include a set maple neck, 12”-radius rosewood fingerboard with pearloid Hump Block inlays, bone nut, G-arrow knobs, Bigsby vibrato tailpiece, Adjusto-Matic bridge with pinned rosewood base, and Gotoh Die Cast tuners. This grunge-era beauty comes in classic Black with silver pickguard, late-’80s black headstock with Gretsch logo and horseshoe inlay, and nickel hardware.

This guitar is in excellent condition with only a scuff on the pickguard to keep it from being considered mint. It also ships in its original hard shell case.
