Swart STR-Tremolo (AST Style) Amp

The STR-Tremolo from Swart is the perfect 5W combo! Class A 6V6 operation, Reverb and Tremolo, and a 12" Mojotone BV30 speaker create a powerful amplifier capable of delivering a wide array of complex guitar tones. Hi and Lo inputs and a 3-position EQ switch (placed after the input and before the preamp) allows this amp to bond beautifully with any guitar. The character of the amp is very golden-age-of-tone 50s/60s with sparkly highs and nice present midrange. Strong cleans that transition smoothly into a hi-fi crystal clear overdrive. The tremolo is downright mesmerizing with a tight sine-wave, verging on triangle- and the reverb has fantastic depth and a bright drip. This combo is perfect for recording or small gigs, as the 5W can be hyped for a stage through the 12" speaker.
