Here we have the Electro Harmonix Smallstone Phase Shifter V3 (Sovtek) pedal made in Russia. This legendary pedal is renowned for it's creamy, warm, and dark modulation that blends into an audio signal with more subtlety than American-made versions. Other than some minor cosmetic wear (see photos), this pedal is fully function an sounds great!
