The complete Ibanez Master/L Series: all 17 pedals, plus the original Master Series Effects Board. The previous owner spent nearly 12 years tracking these down one by one. If you’ve ever gone hunting for a Super Tube or Metal Screamer, you know why.  

The Master Series is a fascinating and ephemeral one-year chapter in Ibanez history: it’s the missing link between the legendary 9 Series and the Power/10 Series that followed. Introduced in 1985 and essentially gone by 1986, it combined an entirely new enclosure with some genuinely unusual circuits and variations on familiar Ibanez designs. Today, some of them are remarkably difficult to find, and seeing the entire series together is something else entirely.

No individual boxes, and cosmetic wear varies from pedal to pedal (see photos), but all 17 have been tested and are functioning as they should. The original Effects Board is included as well.

  6. Ibanez CPL Compressor/Limiter: Dynamics processor used to smooth out peaks and add clean sustain.
  7. Ibanez CSL Stereo Chorus: Standard, warm analog stereo chorus with basic rate and depth controls.
  8. Ibanez DCL Digital Stereo Chorus: High-end, highly collectible rack-quality digital chorus in a stompbox format.
  9. Ibanez DDL Digital Delay: Clean digital delay unit featuring crisp repeats and extended delay times.
  10. Ibanez DFL Digital Flanger: Digital flanger capable of sharp, metallic jet-stream sweeps.
  11. Ibanez DML Digital Modulation Delay: Complex delay that adds adjustable modulation (chorus/flange) directly to the delayed repeats.
  12. Ibanez EBL-5 Master Series Effects Board: Dedicated proprietary master pedalboard housing and powering the system.
