Based off a cult classic from Milwaukee, WI- the Interfax Harmonic Percolator was a particular favorite to Steve Albini and can be heard on numerous recordings in Midwest rock, noise, and punk. The improvements: standard shaft pots, pedalboard friendly negative tip 9V DC supply, and a toggle to switch between Germanium clipping diodes (like the original) or diodes out for greater volume, clarity, and headroom. This pedal has the feel and sound of something akin to an old Tweed amp pushed far beyond it's limits, with note definition and sustain that will pleasantly surprise.
