2022 Benson Monarch Head and Cab - Desert Gertie

Benson's flagship amp is no stranger to El Diablo. We've been dealing Bensons for 10 years, and there's never been one in the shop that we didn't like! This Desert Gertie Monarch head and cab is a real treat and a stunning testament to Benson's continued excellence with a custom Benson Ceramic speaker, Sour Sound transformers, and serial badges.

Our favorite thing about the Monarch is how smoothly it transitions from light compression, to mild overdrive, all the way lead territory with the sweep of the volume knob. As friendly to pedals as it is to good pickups, the Monarch is a one-stop shop for hired guns and studios that need to cover a lot of ground with a consistent, hi-fi sound and low noise floor.

This head and cab is in Excellent condition and has been safely stored in a studio most of its life. A safe, fun, and attractive investment!
