These pedals are some of highest quality in terms of circuit design, build, even down to the packaging! The just exude a care and attention to detail that has made them stand out from the crowd since they started back in the early 2000s. Artists like Brad Whitford, Ariel Posen, Mateus Asato, Tim Pierce, Yvette Young, and many more, all proudly represent Vemuram as a part of their sound.

The Jan Ray is by far their most well-known pedal. It's a Fender Blackface-style overdrive with exceptionally high headroom. It's partially influenced by the Paul Cochrane Timmy and is just as transparent. Unlike typical pedals, Vemuram's effects typically offer more control options, often including one or two external trimpots located on the pedal's rear edge. In the Jan Ray model, for instance, one of these trimpots is used to adjust the saturation level.
