Okay, this one just tickles us here at the shop. This Kramer Focus 6000 in Shell Pink is loveable in so many ways. We love the color, we love the floyd, we love the HSS format with no tone - just 3 pickup toggles and a volume control.
In the 80s, you might have seen a guitar like this gracing the stage of a Ratt or Poison show- nowadays this is the type of thing you'd see at a Turnstile show. The amazing quality of the guitar is its balance of beauty and irony. You can love it exactly for what it is (a great playing, visually striking guitar), or you can totally take the piss and play this with your lo-fi indie rock band. You can get away with this guitar in so many capacities because of that milky Shell Pink finish; it just makes the guitar fun! No matter what you're playing, people will notice this one on stage. And from the way it plays and the tonal versatility, you may find yourself reaching for this one at a recording session more often than you think.
The guitar is truly in incredible shape for its age. The frets are rounded without much wear, the finish is still glossy all over with a fair share of chips and dings (like an old tour t shirt), the action sits comfortably low, and the pickups are strong with plenty of output. Divebomb city.
