2020 Gibson M2M Custom Shop '59 Les Paul - Double Stinger with 5A Flame Maple Top "Au Naturale" Gloss

In on consignment is a gorgeous Custom Shop "Made to Measure" Gibson Les Paul. This guitar is based on a historic ‘59 and features a hand selected 5A flame maple top with a deep dish carve, single piece Mahogany body, dark Rosewood fretboard with a ‘59 neck profile, all weighing in at 8.7 lbs and finished in a clear nitrocellulose to show off it's natural beauty. And for a touch of the tough, it wears a pair of mean looking black stingers on the headstock and neck heel. It has a very effortless, natural playability- slinky feel and fat tone! 

Cosmetically, the guitar is very clean with only a small ding on the top back corner of the headstock. Three small areas (two on neck and one on the back of the body) that when held to the light, you can see some reaction that occurred with the nitro. One spot looks like tape (neck heel), the spot closer to the headstock looks like a case plush imprint. None of these marks can be felt, only seen in very direct light.

For a unique take on a '59 this is a standout choice! The flame on this top is positively gorgeous, with just the right amount of variation in the flame for a vivid, rippling effect. Jimmy Page, Joe Walsh, Marc Bolan, and so many other greats. You can only get it done with a great Les Paul.
