2022 Gibson Custom Shop 1956 Les Paul Standard "Special" TV Yellow - 7.7 lbs w/ OHSC

Just in on consignment is this BEAUTIFUL, one-of-a-kind 1956 Les Paul reissue. Seeking to combine the worlds of the Special and the Standard, Guitar Point in Germany custom ordered this one to be all mahogany with a bound, carved top, trapezoid inlay, neck binding, and P90s. The guitar is in pristine condition- spending its life in a smoke-free studio environment. It is cased up here at the shop, and only taken out for serious inquiries to retain its minty freshness!

The time we spent with the guitar when taking it in was involuntary smiles and effortless joy all around. The chambered Mahogany body is feather light with seemingly infinite sustain, and fretting anywhere across the slim(ish) rounded C neck is as easy as falling off a log! If the maple top inhibited your chances at a TV Yellow Standard, or if you've just never been able to tolerate the slab stylings of the classic Les Paul Special- this may be the guitar for you! 

All the original hangtags and paperwork are included, original hardshell case, COA, plain black plastic selector cavity cover, and the original shipping box. This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance!
