1982 Gibson ES-335 Dot Reissue - Natural (With OHSC)

Just in at the shop we have a gorgeous 1982 ES-335 Dot in Natural! This was essentially the genesis for the '59 Dot reissues, but with 40 years of playtime under this one's belt, much like a great piece of cast iron it's well seasoned and beautifully broken in. It's relatively plain to see the Bigsby is non-factory, and it's been equipped with high quality, German-made Faber locking bridge, locking tuners, and tailpiece (which is included in the case). Living with flatwounds in recent years, fret wear is minimal with no pits or divots and it plays beautifully with low action. The "2" stamp indicates a factory second model, which goes as a mystery to us here in 2023! Likely a minor blemish that would go unnoticed nowadays under its aged finish. All original electronics, original frets, and looks that kill!
