Just in, an absolutely marvelous 2013 Benedetto Bravo- one pickup and the truth!
Bob Benedetto is a household name in the jazz guitar scene, decades known for making some of the finest archtops available in the world. The Bravo model brings Maple and Ebony together in perfect harmony for a lively unplugged tone that when played through an amp is percussive, with supreme note definition. Harmonics and overtones ring off the fingerboard and top of the guitar, making every chord feel new and exciting.
Overall it's in fantastic playing shape with virtually no fret wear or structural issues. No extraneous buzzing or rattling or electronic issues. There are some light scuffs here and there, and just one significant chip in the back of the guitar. Overall we'd give the guitar an 8.5/10 cosmetically, 10/10 in every other regard.
Current pricing on this guitar would be around $6500, with a 10-12 month wait time. Do NOT hesitate on this gorgeous instrument!
