In 2009, Joe Knaggs, a longtime PRS designer, founded Knaggs Guitars. The company's expert team of luthiers crafts world-class guitars, with the Doug Rappoport Kenai T2 serving as a prime example. This guitar is a top-notch player’s instrument that offers excellent tone, playability, and versatility. The Kenai is made with a classic combination of Mahogany and Maple, resulting in a well-balanced and highly resonant instrument. Its Mahogany neck features an Ebony fingerboard with Block inlays, providing great access up the neck for playing a wide range of styles. Equipped with Grover tuners, a Knaggs Influence bridge, and a duo of Seymour Duncan pickups (SH-2N Jazz and Custom Shop ’78), this guitar delivers Classic era Van Halen-esque tone. Additionally, the DR Kenai features a momentary action kill switch for cool stuttering effects. The meticulous attention to detail and innovation on display here rivals the best in the market.

This guitar is nearly spotless, with a small crack in the nitro finish near the neck pickup can be seen in the right light. Lastly, it ships with its original hardshell case, build sheet, and case candy.
